There have been many times throughout history when people have had to die under false pretenses. And another one of these times will happen on the next episode of "The Bastard Executioner." But can Wilkin Brattle go through with it knowing what he knows?

There were several revelations in the last episode of "The Bastard Executioner," but there is one in particular that may end up haunting Brattle for the rest of his life.

According to Spoilers Guide, Brattle and Lady Love must come to terms with putting an innocent man to death, even if they know of his innocence due to their own guilt. That of course will lead to a rift between them, or maybe in some way draw them closer together.

In the last episode, it was Brattle himself along with Toran that accidentally ended the life of Lady Pryce. They unwittingly did so on Milus's own orders. But in the next episode, he is tasked with carrying out his duties as the executioner on a man he, Toran and Lady Love all know for a fact to be innocent of the crime of murder on Lady Pryce.

Suffice it to say the last scene between Brattle and Lady Love on the grain sacks, where they were seen doing a little more talking than Love would have liked, may have ended up with a little more baby-making than fans might know of.

It was also revealed the Wolf and Lady Love were half siblings, and after her kidnapping, the backstory of Lady Love takes on more importance.

Fans of the show can get a sneak peek at the next episode below and can also catch up on the most recent episodes on the FX website.

Episode 7 is titled "Behold the Lamb/Gwel yr Oen" and will air on cable network FX next Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 10 p.m. EDT, according to TV Guide.
