A preview for Season 2 of "Attack on Titan" was leaked online ahead of its summer 2016 release.

An official video leaked on YouTube with the description, "Upon discovering a Titan hidden inside the Wall, Pastor Nick desperately requests that Squad Leader Hanji Zoe cover it before sunlight can make it active. Questions arise... questions to which humanity may not be ready to hear the answers."

The live action movie trailer was released online with a second part. "Attack on Titan: End of the World" will feature a continued battle for survival between the last few humans and the giant cannibalistic Titans.

"Attack on Titan" is broken up into two parts for the live-action film. The second part, "Attack on Titan: End of the World," premiered on Sept. 19. The first part of the film premiered in August 2015. 

The film originated in Japan and is now shown in about 300 theaters in the U.S. and Canada. FUNimation Entertainment first brought "Attack on Titan" to Western theaters and screened the world premiere in Hollywood in July.

Hajime Isayama's manga also had a limited theatrical release in the U.S. and Canada.

"Attack on Titan" made its debut in U.S. theaters on Sept. 30, Oct. 1 and Oct. 7. "Attack on Titan: End of World" arrived a few weeks later on Oct. 10. End of the World had a premiere in the U.S. on Saturday Oct. 17 and will have another premiere on Oct. 22. 

Canada showed its first premiere on Oct. 5  and will have one on Oct. 22 and Oct. 27. 

Japanese actor Haruma Miura plays Eren Yeager in the hit movie and holds the key to defeating the Titans. Kiko Mizuhara plays Mikasa, his adopted sister.

Their best friend Armin is played by Kanata Hongo. The trio formed a group created to destroy the Titans that demolished their homes while trying to find a way to protect the few people that are left.
