Actress Renee Zellweger was recently spotted having a baby bump in London, but it was later revealed that she is not pregnant and was just in her famous character from "Bridget Jones 3," an upcoming film in theaters next year.

Zellweger, who attended the recent LA County Walk to Defeat ALS, revealed that she would be reprising her role as Bridget Jones after 11 years since the film's last franchise in 2004. "I'm having a good time," Zellweger told E! News of the upcoming film.

"It's really a nice reunion with old friends," Zellweger revealed. "And it's always wonderful to be back in London and I love this character so it's been a real treat to get to revisit it again."

Indeed, Zellweger will be reunited with her co-star and on-screen love interest Colin Firth although E! News revealed that Zellweger's other love interest in the previous two film franchises, Hugh Grant, will not be appearing in the third movie.

Meanwhile, the third film, which is based on "Mad About the Boy" the third novel in the Bridget Jones trilogy written by author Helen Fielding, is currently on the works. The filming of the third movie reportedly began last Oct. 2, Mirror Online reports.

It has been more than a decade since Zellweger reprised her role in "Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason," and because of that, the actress revealed that she has been making great efforts to get back with her British accent for the third film.

When asked if it was easy to adjust to her previous famous accent in the first two films, Zellweger said to E! News, "I wouldn't say that."

Meanwhile, a source from Mirror Online also reports that "Renee's plummy English accent became one of Bridget's best-known characteristics in the films, and, of course, she came up with it herself.

"But with such a long time passing between the last movie and now, she's actually not completely certain how she did it - so has brought in an expert to make sure it's spot on," the source continued.

"The accent coach has been spending lots of time with her on set trying to help her to sound exactly like herself from 11 years ago," the source said according to Mirror Online.

Zellweger would have to double up on rehearsing her accent since it is one of the main characteristics of her character. "Bridget's distinctive accent was a big aspect of the character's on-screen persona, so it's essential it's spot on - fans of the movies remember it very clearly," the source said.

The film is initially scheduled to hit the big screens on Sept. 16, 2016.
