Veteran actress Betty White will spice things at the Jeffersonian Institution when she makes a guest appearance on Thursday's all-new episode of "Bones."

The legendary comedian has been cast to play Dr. Beth Mayer, one of the best forensic anthropologists in the world who will join the Jeffersonian as a squintern.

White's character will be needed to assist the team in solving a murder linked to fantasy football, which happens to be one of her areas of expertise. However, the brilliant and accomplished expert will find herself clashing with Emily Deschanel's Brennan, who appears to be jealous of her in the trailer video. Dr. Mayer's instant connection and chemistry with Booth probably won't make Brennan feel too secure either.

In a sneak peek, Dr. Mayer tells Brennan and Angela (Michaela Conlin) about her impressive background in computer science, which laid the groundwork for one of Angela's signature inventions. Mayer also gives the women a glimpse into her romantic history.

Meanwhile, Booth and Aubrey will try to find the person who killed real estate scion Justin Ross and left him to have be eaten by coyote-wolf hybrids, reports Hollywood Hills. As Booth and Aubrey become to look into Ross' fantasy football league history, they will discover he was involved in a Twitter feud with NFL star Lou Divers, played by guest star Ronde Barber. They also learn that Divers and the league's commissioner both owed the victim a large sum of money.

According to CarterMatt, the synopsis for the upcoming episode, titled "The Carpals in the Coy-Wolves," reads as follows:

"A real-estate agent's remains are discovered in a forest and show signs of being partially devoured by coyote-wolf hybrids, so Brennan solicits help from an older, distinguished forensic anthropologist, who amazes the staff with her decades of experience and surprising knowledge of fantasy football, with which the victim was heavily involved and even linked him to a social-media feud with an NFL star."

Episode 4 of Season 11 of "Bones," "The Carpals in the Coy-Wolves," will air on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
