It seems like Miley Cyrus just can't keep her tongue in her mouth -- tongue wagging is one of the "Adore You" singer's notorious antics, and now someone reportedly gets hurt because of it, quite literally.

The 21-year-old singer's habit of sticking out her tongue at every given opportunity is certainly being glorified at her ongoing Bangerz tour, as the small part of her body is magnified into a giant tongue slide. For every show, Cyrus whimsically rides down the long pink slide, which was created to poke fun at her infamous behavior, to the stage, as part of humorous spectacle for the audience.

Charles Nicholas Sarris, a construction worker who was hired to assist in building the gigantic body part, is suing for unspecified damages after he was badly injured last month. He apparently fell and hurt himself on the job site during the production.

Luckily, the "Wrecking Ball" singer herself is not the one who will personally be facing the lawsuit; instead, Sarris is going against the Los Angeles-based equipment company ShowFx Inc. The worker claims that he was not properly warned over the potential dangers involved, and the equipment and tools provided to him failed.

In the meantime, Miley Cyrus continues to use the problematic giant tongue slide -- perhaps she should soon consider putting it away for good.

Enough with tongue, there are so many other factors that add craziness to Cyrus's concerts. She is also seen riding a giant hot dog through the air, playing with electrical tape, motor oil and other things from hardware stores, and dancing with furry creatures, giant flamingo puppets and a 35-foot-tall husky dog with demon eyes.
