Rose McIver must have felt "vulnerable" shooting episode four of "iZombie" this season two titled "Even Cowgirls Get the Black and Blues."

McIver will be seen singing on Tuesday's episode as she and Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) investigate the murder of a waitress who sings country songs.

TV Guide released the synopsis of the fourth episode that reads:

"Liv eats the brains of a country singing waitress to investigate a case; Babineaux meets a female FBI agent who will be working out of his office; Blaine tries to entice a former business associate to come back to the dark side; Major continues his downward spiral; Peyton messes up Ravi's game."

The New Zealand-born actress shared on Comic Book that although she loves singing, she feels a little "vulnerable" doing the part as she never had done it before while in character.

"I love singing myself... but I haven't done it seriously or with any diligence," said McIver. "It's a little nerve-wracking singing as Liv. I don't know; there's something about the vulnerability of when you're actually singing, and then putting on a character, and mashing those two was unusual for me. It's not something I had done."

McIver revealed that she even got to sing a lovely song written specifically for the episode.

Here's the new trailer posted on YouTube for the "Even Cowgirls Get the Black and Blues" to air on Oct. 27 at 9:00 p.m. ET on The CW, showing that there is a serial killer on the loose who is hunting singers in the southern area.

McIver also shared several behind-the-scenes clips from this exciting episode with Clive. It seems Clive will be singing, too.

Clive's talents

Although Clive is still clueless about Liv being a zombie, singing must be one of the talents. Meanwhile, fans of the show will get to see more about Clive and his precious talents in another huge episode focused on him.

McIver reveals on Comic Book that one of Clive's talents is that he can cook well.

Goodwin disclosed that he is excited for his character's talents to be showcased in a future episode which he described as "like a love letter to Clive." What's more interesting about this episode focused on Clive is that it was a tool that made the three characters — Liv, Ravi (Rahul Kohli) and Clive — closer to one another.
