Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale will have shared custody of their children, according to a recent report.

The ex-couple, who divorced after 13 years of marriage, have reportedly agreed to the final settlement of joint custody.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Gwen and Gavin have agreed to share a 50/50 physical custody of their three children, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7 and Apollo, 1. However, the kids will reportedly mostly be with the former "Bush" front man because of Gwen's touring schedules.

According to TMZ, sources likewise confirmed that there was no pre-nuptial agreement signed by the couple. So Gwen and Gavin are supposed to divide their properties equally between them, according to the California law which entitles each spouse to half of their wealth.

However, it's reported Gavin took far less than his allotted 50 percent, possibly to help hasten the divorce settlement process. Insiders likewise denied rumors that the ex-couple were fighting over money. Divorce papers will reportedly be signed and finalized by the judge by the end of the year.

The pair had already made it clear that they wish to have joint custody of their three children. When they announced their divorce in August they made sure to put their kids as priority.

"While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment," Gavin and Gwen announced in a joint statement shared by Mail Online.

Gavin has remained out of the public eye since they have announced their divorce. Gwen on the other hand is putting her focus not only on her children but also on her career. The No Doubt singer is currently a coach in "The Voice."

Gwen has also been rumored to be dating her fellow "The Voice" coach Blake Shelton, who also got divorced from his wife Miranda Lambert about the same time of Gwen's separation from Gavin. However, the 46-year-old has since responded to the speculations during an interview with Entertainment Online. The singer only laughed out the rumors when asked and instead talked about how Blake is just really happy to be on the show.

"It seems like the cowboy is really happy on the show. We're all having so much fun on that show. Everybody is in such a good place," she said.
