Have you ever wondered what One Direction might look like if they were transformed into LEGO mini-figures?

Hailing from Malaysia, a LEGO aficionado, Adly Syairi Ramly, makes the imagination quite possible by creating a plastic brick version of the British boybanders. The mini-figures of the 1D members are happy and smiling, all of them jumping in front of a sky background. There is no doubt that the Midnight Memories singers are still cute and adorable in the shrunk form.

Ramly dedicates a great deal of time taking photos of very detailed and intricately posing LEGO figures. He continues to share a series of interesting images via social media, making other chart-topping bands and artists into the toy form -- including the Spice Girls in their individual signature outfits, hairstyles and makeup, 'N Sync with strings attached to them, and the Backstreet Boys with some of them even detailed with mustache and tattoo.

Modern rock bands are also featured in Ramly's unique work: moody-looking Coldplay, all-serious Muse, as well as Green Day, Queens of the Stone Age, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Radiohead. He also created a LEGO version of legendary classic rock bands, including the Beatles in their matching suits, the Smiths in black-and-white photo, anarchic Sex Pistols, and not to forget Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd.

The creator does not limit himself into pop or rock genre; he also shrinks hip-hop artists into LEGO toys: Tupac with his famous "Thug Life" tattoo written across his ab, Beatie Boys holding their microphones, Cypress Hill with marijuana logo on the top and 50 Cent.

None of these actually exists as official LEGO sets, however wouldn't it be awesome to own them as collectibles? According to his Instagram account, Adly Syairi Ramly snaps all of these images using the camera on his iPhone 5s, and edits them using iOS applications.
