The turbulence between characters continues in the forthcoming finale of "Grey's Anatomy" set to air on Thursday, Nov. 19.

In Episode 8, "Things We Lost In the Fire," in Season 12, there is not much to go off of to pinpoint what rumors are actually spreading around Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, according to CarterMatt. However, a press release for the show's winter finale signifies there are, in fact, some juicy rumors floating about.

One thing for certain about the episode is the hospital is bombarded by a ton of injured firefighters needing assistance after a wildfire breaks out.

Another clue we get from the press release is Maggie is struggling to keep things professional with Andrew at work.

Jo and Alex are also working through their own issues, as "Jo questions Alex's priorities." This tension between the two has been building since the beginning of the season after Jo discovered he and Izzie had a plan with frozen embryos. This makes Jo question Alex's commitment to their relationship and will surely drum up some issues in next week's episode.

This episode was directed by Rob Corn and was written by Tia Napolitano. There is no teaser for the winter finale yet.

Stars included in this season of "Grey's Anatomy" include Ellen Pompeo as Meredith, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres, Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt, Jessica Capshaw as Arizona Robbins, Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery, Sarah Drew as April Kepner, Caterina Scorsone as Amelia Shepherd, Camilla Luddington as Lo Wilson, Jerrika Hinton as Stephanie Edwards, Kelly McCreary as Maggie Pierce and Jason George as Ben Warren.
