Kanye West has recently found his new obsession other than his fiancée Kim Kardashian -- her name is Pia Mia, his latest musical protégé.

Pia Mia Perez hails from Guam, and the singer-songwriter first rose to fame on YouTube after doing a music cover on the Drake hit, "Hold On, We're Going Home." She then instantly caught the Chicago rapper's attention with her unique style.

According to the Yeezus rapper, the 17-year-old can certainly be the next big thing, as he even compares her to Rihanna. "Kanye is producing some tracks for her and he's quite involved," a source said. "He believes she could be the next Rihanna."

How does West's future wife feel about this? Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star is reportedly not so happy about her lover spending quite a lot of time lately with the aspiring singer as her mentor, and him turning to someone so young for advice on future projects.

Kim K is said to be actually worried and jealous of Mia Pia. "Kanye thinks she's young, fresh and hip -- totally his target audience," the source continued. "He's been consulting her on a lot of his creative projects, including the Kanye x APC collection."

"Kanye's creative team was pretty shocked that he would use a teenager as his confidante," the source added. "And Kim was actually kind of agitated by it, because he doesn't usually want her input on design stuff. She was a little jealous."
