Charlize Theron and Emily Blunt are featured in the official full trailer for "The Huntsman: Winter's War," which was released on Wednesday.

The full movie trailer was unveiled, after a 15-second teaser clip of the trailer was released along with promo posters on Monday, according to Vulture.

The trailer opens on Blunt, who plays ice queen Freya, seen looking into a the Magic Mirror, saying, "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most powerful of them all?"

Freya is the sister of Queen Ravenna, played by Theron, who died in the last film of the series, "Snow White and The Huntsman."

"If it's a fairytale you're hoping for, prepare yourself for so much more," Blunt says in the trailer. "You will train, you will harden, you will become my huntsmen."

Chris Hemsworth is reprising his role as Eric, one of the deadly huntsmen being trained by Freya along with warrior Sara, played by Jessica Chastain. However, Eric and Sara fall in love, breaking the cardinal rule that they must harden their hearts, leading to Eric being banished from the kingdom.

Freya later realizes she can resurrect her sister with the Magic Mirror. When she does so, the sisters seek to wreak havoc on the land.

Blunt's character says in the trailer, "The mirror's power is the ultimate prize in a war fought by two mighty sides."

Other actors set to star in the film include Sam Claflin, Nick Frost, Mark Haldor, Ian Davies and Conrad Khan.

The first film in this series, "Snow White and The Huntsman," was released in 2012.

"The Huntsman: Winter's War" is directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan with a script from Evan Spiliotopoulos and Craig Mazin. The film is expected to hit theaters on April 22, 2016.
