Bethenny Frankel is reportedly being blasted as a bad parent by neighbors, as her bitter child custody battle with ex-husband Jason Hoppy continues to play out.

According to Radar Online, Hoppy is now preparing to haul the "Real Housewives of New York" star back into court in their ongoing battle to come to terms about co-parenting 5-year-old daughter Bryn. Word is, this time he will be arriving with letters written by two former Manhattan neighbors bashing Frankel as a poor parent.

"They've called her a bad mother who isn't there for her child," a source said. "They despise Bethenny."

The source added all the disdain is mutual. The Skinnygirl cocktail brand mogul isn't too concerned about the situation and is simply focusing on being "there for her child."

In an episode of "RHONY" this summer, Frankel was seen sobbing nonstop over her ongoing ordeal. She told cast members she was "on edge" because of Hoppy. In June, a judge ordered her to pay her ex $100,000 in lawyer's fees.

Frankel first filed for divorce three years ago, and from that very moment, the two have fought incessantly over the Tribeca apartment they once shared.

"The divorce is being dragged out and the reason is all Bethenny," a source claimed back then. "She refuses to sign off on giving the Tribeca apartment to Jason. Jason has remained in the renovated loft with Bryn."

Even after she had moved into another residence, Frankel insisted that the Tribeca property be sold as opposed to allowing Hoppy to claim it as part of their divorce settlement.

At one point during a "RHONY" episode, she reflected, "I'm homeless. It just doesn't make any sense, and it's so hard because he lives in there. This is a stranger, a person I wouldn't even talk to on the street."
