"Dance Moms" stars are off in their own worlds at the moment. From Kira Girard's post-pregnancy bliss with new baby Jett David Newman to Abby Lee Miller's rising tension with the rest of the cast, the Lifetime hit reality show will surely make its next season debut with plenty of television drama.

According to a report from ET Online, Girard is enjoying her life at home with her new baby and fiancé David Newman. Jett is only a month old, born on Oct. 20. With two other children in the mix, 15-year-old Kalani and 8-year-old Jax, it's easy to be overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, but the 34-year-old mother revealed that she has a system to keep on top of everything.

"Organization is key," Girard told ET Online during the interview. "Just keep going. Don't stop! If my son has a baseball game, we go to baseball -- yet we still have to keep up with baby Jett's feedings, make sure he's napped, and that Kalani has what she needs. It's teamwork, but if it weren't for my schedule, I'd lose it."

The full schedule is helping the television mom maintain a sense of organization, but being constantly on the move is also a significant contributor to reach her goal of shedding the baby weight.

"I think it's my busy lifestyle," she said about dropping the extra pounds. "And I'm also breastfeeding, which is a huge thing. I didn't do that with my other two. My diet is key. Those two [things] combined are helping me shed the extra pounds."

While Girard soaks up the bliss of her family life, her fellow "Dance Moms" star Miller has been getting flack for her coaching techniques and on-set behavior. A report from Enstarz said that sources have told OK! Magazine that the dancers are getting fearful of Miller.

The insider explained, "Abby is threatening to kick off the show anyone who speaks negatively about her in the press. She's trying to dictate everything the cast members say or do right now."

"Abby's behavior has the cast extremely afraid of her -- especially the moms," the source continued. "Crossing Abby could mean the end of their children's dreams."

Other dancers have also spoken up about her behavior, notably former "Dancing with the Stars" pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy last October. In a report from Radar Online, the dancer did not hold back from his thoughts on Miller.

"I think she makes money and became famous on borderline child abuse," Chmerkovskiy said. Later he added, "I think she's an awful human being."
