Bishop (Emily Wickersham) heads to Oklahoma for the "Blood Brothers" entitled Thanksgiving holiday-themed episode of "NCIS" with the very survival of her family hanging in the balance.

According to CarterMatt, while it's unclear if Jake (Jamie Bamber) actually had an affair or is simply letting his wife believe that in an effort to protect her, there's no denying that things are now amiss between him and his special agent bride.

Prior to leaving Washington and embarking on her trip, Bishop seemed such a nervous wreck that Gibbs (Mark Harmon) eventually followed her to Oklahoma and her mother's ("Bionic Woman" star Lindsay Wagner) home to make sure everything is alright.

In truth, her anger only seemed to be building by the minute, with her at one point smashing her cell phone to pieces when she notices her husband calling. Later, during dinner, Bishop shouted to those joining her at the dinner table, "This is my life. My marriage. So back off."

As if the painful uncertainty of not knowing if she still has a family to call her own isn't enough for her to deal with, Bishop and the gang will also be called upon to help another family clearly in need of a holiday miracle.

The crew is called upon by the Secretary of the Navy to help a sailor in need of a bone marrow transplant find a donor after his two Marine siblings are killed in the line of duty.

All this plays out as Gibbs continues to be haunted by the memory of his own near-fatal shooting at the end of last season.

"He continues to struggle to recuperate from his shooting and he will continue to work with Dr. Taft (Jon Cryer) said show-runner Gary Gibbs.

Airing Tuesdaay night on CBS, "NCIS" also stars Michael Weatherly as Agent Tony DoNozzo, Pauley Perrette as Abby Sciutto and Sean Murray as Timothy McGee.
