The Thanksgiving episode of "WWE SmackDown" finished its taping on Tuesday night, starting with a Roman Reigns promo.

Reigns opened the show to promote his "TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs" match against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus. Reigns called out Sheamus to come to the ring. Sheamus appeared, mocked Reigns and reportedly made an Adele reference. The promo concluded with Reigns stating he will reclaim the title at the next pay-per-view show.

The first match of the night was The Dudley Boyz vs. The Wyatt Family's Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan. The match ended in disqualification in the Dudley's favor, due to interference from Luke Harper and Bray Wyatt.

From the divas division, Paige defeated Becky Lynch with a roll up.

At that point, it was time for the first televised New Day Thanksgiving dinner. WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day had a backstage segment. Others such as Heath Slater, Adam Rose and The Ascension, also made appearances before getting kicked out of the dinner. The segment also saw the appearance of The Gobbledy Gooker.

Jack Swagger defeated WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio in a non-title match by disqualification. Del Rio used a chair during the match, but by the end of the segment, Swagger had the upper hand.

Backstage, The Gobbledy Gooker returned and met up with The Usos.

In another tag-team match, The Lucha Dragons defeated New Day's Big E and Kofi Kingston. The Gobbledy Gooker also appeared ringside, but was revealed to be Jey Uso. In the end, The Lucha Dragons and Usos attacked New Day.

Backstage, Renee Young interviewed Dean Ambrose, who will compete in a triple-threat match to determine the No. 1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship.

Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens was on commentary for Ambrose's triple-threat match against Dolph Ziggler and Tyler Breeze. Ambrose won the match by pinning Breeze. Despite the win, no stipulation was immediately named for a match between Ambrose and Owens.

"WWE SmackDown" airs weekly on Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on SyFy.
