Kara will be taking on yet another villain when Episode 6, titled "Red Faced," of "Supergirl" premieres, this time in the form of Red Tornado, the government's new weapon.

According to Comic Book, the synopsis for the new episode, set to air on Nov. 30, reads as follows:

"Personal and professional stress get the better of Kara when she goes too far during a training exercise against Red Tornado, a military cyborg commissioned by Lucy Lane's father, General Sam Lane. Also, Cat's tough exterior is shaken by a visit from her judgmental mother, Katherine, and Alex enlists Winn to look into her father's mysterious death."

In a new clip for the upcoming episode, Kara (Melissa Benoist) agrees to fight the prototype robotic weapon called "Red Tornado," after being partially forced by the government.

However, from the teaser trailer for the new episode we know that Kara's fight with the robot goes sour when the Red Tornado goes rogue and she is forced to handle the consequences.

In other "Supergirl" related news, Superman, Kara's cousin, may finally make his debut in the series, but not exactly as a man.

The caped hero is reportedly going to make an appearance in the series, but as a child, reported TVLine.

The producers are looking for a 13-year-old actor to play a young Clark Kent/Kal-El in Episode 13. The future Man of Steel will be featured in several flashbacks that will contribute to establishing the relationship between the two Kryptonians.

However, we know, from the show's opening sequence, that Kara was stranded in The Phantom Zone as Superman grew up so how this will be executed is still unknown.

Superman has been referenced plenty of times in the series, but according to executive producer Sarah Shechter, he has never appeared because the show is not about him, reported CinemaBlend.

"I think the reason why Superman's not in the show is because it's not about him. And it's her show and it's about her and he is just sort of a shadow in the back of her psyche, and I think that's the right way to portray him because that's how she experiences it," said Shechter.

"Red Faced" will air on Nov. 30 on CBS at 8 p.m. ET.
