It may seem like it has been years since former married couple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin separated, but the two are still apparently getting together for holidays as a family with their two children.

Paltrow and Martin, despite their previous announcement to "consciously uncouple" back in March 2014, have been spotted spending Thanksgiving Day with their two children, Apple and Moses, on Thursday, E! News reports.

Paltrow even shared a group photo from the gathering, which featured their numbered guests who were later recognized as Paltrow's family. "Happy Thanksgiving from us to you!" Paltrow wrote on Instagram alongside the photo.

However, E! News points out the obvious. The former married couple were in both ends of the photo, which rises speculations that the two might not be reuniting as a couple anytime soon despite their numerous outings as a family even after their split.

The news outlet further reports that the former married couple spent the holidays at Paltrow's New York home, and based from the photo shared by the Hollywood actress, the family had a scrumptious turkey dinner with other homecooked dishes.

The festivities apparently began Monday night when Paltrow and the Coldplay frontman had a dinner out in the upscale West Village hotspot at The Lion with 11-year-old daughter Apple and 9-year-old son Moses. The family also included Paltrow's mother as well as Blythe Danner and brother Jake, People reported.

An onlooker told the publication that the family seemed "super happy and chummy" and "looked like a happy, regular family having a big pre-Thanksgiving dinner."

The Daily Mail reported that the former couple was married for 10 years before they decided a year ago to finally separate.

"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," the estranged couple said as quoted by the Daily Mail. 'We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate," they added.

Since their split last year, both seemed to have moved on with Martin being previously linked with "The Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence and most recently with Annabelle Wallis. Paltrow, on the other hand, is reportedly dating producer Brad Falchuk of "Glee," "American Horror Story" and "Scream Queens."
