Married couple Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are parting with their Greenwich Village.

Berkus and Brent list their New York apartment for $10.5 million, Zillow reported. The designers commissioned real estate agent Emily Beare of CORE to handle its listing.

Its listing on Zillow described the Lower Manhattan home as a "townhouse-in-the-sky." The Greenwich Village unit comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The residence also showcases a foyer, a corner living room, an entertainment area, a large family room, a powder room and a dining area, which can easily transform from a casual one into a more formal-themed eating place.

The unit also comes with an enviable modern kitchen that has sliding doors, some marble countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. The cooking station is an ideal working area as it brightly lit, courtesy of skylights and several windows.

Yet, the next owners will surely take delight on Nate and Brent's masters suite. The expansive bedroom comes with a fireplace to make it more comfortable. It also provides lovely views from the surrounding. The suite is also equipped with a master bathroom that has "dual sinks, faucets and fixtures by Waterworks and a freestanding cast iron tub from Signature Hardware."

However, the coolest amenity of the spacious suite is the dressing room that is definitely bigger than several bedrooms.

Here's the video showing just how big the bedroom's dressing room is.

Notable details of the Manhattan apartment include three wood-burning fireplaces, a wrought-iron staircase, high coffered ceilings, custom-designed finishing, an airy ambiance and picture windows that provide generous views of the Big Apple.

TV celebrity Berkus shared on Architectural Digest that they designed the Manhattan unit.

Brent revealed that he was very overwhelmed just right after they had purchased the home for the two of them and their daughter Poppy to live in.

"The day we closed on the apartment, we were walking through Washington Square, and I told Nate, 'We have to treasure this.' For two kids from Minnesota and California to be living in this apartment on lower Fifth? It's insane. I always wanted to live beautifully, and the idea of Nate and Poppy and me creating a life here together?" Brent said. "Great design is like great love: You trust your gut," Berkus said.

So, why are they selling the lovely home they cherished?

Variety informed that the Berkus and Brent, who were reportedly married in May 2014 at The New York Public Library, found a new paradise for their small family in Los Angeles. The two just bought the 3,643-square-foot property in October. Their new California home is larger and it features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
