Rapper Tyga is reportedly having difficulty closing the deal on his new home.

Kylie Jenner's rap star boyfriend may not always be able to stick as close to her as she may like. TMZ reports Tyga's best effort to close the deal on a luxurious Calabasas property, which sits not far from his girlfriend's home, keeps hitting a snag.

The hip-hop star may being having trouble coming up with all the money needed to officially take the estate off the market.

Word is the $10 million, eight bedroom property, about a stone's throw from where Kris Jenner, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian all reside, has now been in escrow on three different occasions. Sources add each time it gets close to closing, the "Rack City" rapper makes all kinds of excuses for coming up short on cash, ranging from being on the road to not getting paid.

It's not the first time the rapper has been reported to be experiencing cash flow issues. Earlier this month, a California judge took him to task for not making good on an agreement he entered into with a dancer, calling for him to pay her thousands of dollars as part of a settlement.

Allison Brown sued the rapper, alleging that she was plied with alcohol during one of his music video shoots and "coerced" to remove her top. She also claimed another man on the set grabbed one of her breasts, resulting in her also suing Tyga for sexual battery because he was the one in charge.

Ultimately, the two settled for $50,000, but Brown had only been paid roughly half of that by the time she took him back to court. Tyga was also ordered to pay off Brown's legal expenses, believed to be somewhere in the neighborhood of just under $20,000.

Reportedly, the rapper also has an outstanding tax lien totaling more than $19,000 and owes a landlord for unpaid rent.
