The news that former child star Mary Kate-Olsen finally got married to long-time French banker boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy shocked many, including Olsen's "Full House" co-stars, who were not part of the exclusive wedding ceremonies but were happy for the newlyweds' marriage.

Olsen and Sarkozy have yet to comment about the circulating wedding news that was first reported by Page Six. However, several of Olsen's former "Full House" co-stars have already released their congratulations for the happy couple.

Dave Coulier, who played Olsen's uncle Joey in the show, spoke with E! News saying how happy he is that Olsen is finally married. "I'd like to congratulate Mary-Kate and wish her and her husband all the happiness in the world. Sending my love," Coulier told E! News.

Furthermore, Olsen's on-screen father during the 1987-1995 hit show Bob Saget also congratulated his on-screen daughter in a recent interview with Today. Saget also revealed that he was not invited to the wedding; nevertheless, he was happy for the newlyweds.

"I was not invited, but I'm very happy and I sent a Mazel tov text," Saget told Today adding, "I'm very happy. I love her very much. I hope they're happy." Since Saget and Olsen have been quite close since the series opened, the Daily Mail reported that the former co-stars even met for lunch weeks before the nuptials.

The wedding, which according to Page Six is an exclusive 50-guest affair, was held at a private residence in Manhattan, New York on Friday. The wedding ceremony was top secret and guests were even requested to hand out their cellphones before entering the premises.

The guests were reportedly treated to "bowls and bowls filled with cigarettes, and everyone smoked the whole night," a source told Page Six. The married couple had been engaged since 2014 when news broke, claiming that Olsen's finger was accessorized by a four-carat vintage Cartier diamond ring, the Daily Mail reported.

The publication also noted that this was not the first proposal of 46-year-old Sarkozy to the 29-year-old American fashion designer. Apparently, it was the second time that Sarkozy proposed, which ended up in the two saying "I Do's."

After the engagement news, Olsen even shared some few juicy details about her wedding with Sarkozy like thinking of designing her own wedding dress, which she revealed at that time to be so far from her plans.

"I'm like not even there yet," she told Women's Wear Daily at the time."I think it may be a matter of getting five or six or making two or three and being stressed out. That seems kind of far away. We'll take one step at a time."
