Onetime Los Angeles mansion of "Daddy's Home" actor Mark Wahlberg is being offered on the market.

The actor/producer's former residence in the Beverly Crest area of Los Angeles county is currently listed for $30 million, Los Angeles Times reported. The news outlet reported that the "Ted" and "Ted 2" star just parted with it for $13 million two years ago. Yet, Wahlberg, who now reportedly resides in the high-end Beverly Park area, only bought the property in 2001 for $5 million. So, he was also able to sell it for more than double of what he paid for.

The 11,500-square-foot house comes with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The Mediterranean-inspired abode also includes other living spaces like a formal dining room, a grand living room and an enviable modern kitchen. The house also displays a movie screening room and a game room.

The property may be very suitable for parents with youngsters as it comes with a children's wing. The next owners will also enjoy a spacious master suite that has its own private sitting area. A fireplace makes the suite relaxing especially for chilly nights.

Apart from the main residence, there is a two-storey guesthouse equipped with two bedrooms.
Interior details of the house built in the 1980s include fireplaces, French doors, oak flooring and classic colors.

Outdoors, there is a terrace patio for a more comfortable place to chat. A swimming pool with a 12-foot waterfall and water slide features will captivate the next residents. Guests may also play on the putting green, the outdoor play area, the basketball half-court or the boxing ring, which welcomed guests like the unbeaten Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the eight-division world champion Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.

Things turned out for the better for Wahlberg

Wahlberg shared on Men's Health magazine that he is proud that he can give what his family needs and his secret is being focused on what he does, Mail Online noted.

"I'm very passionate about what I do and I'm able to provide for my family in a way that I never dreamt of, certainly in a way my parents weren't able to provide for us," Wahlberg says.

Aside from the needs, he also has extra cash for his wants like 137 pairs of sneakers, 90 of which are valued by Campless to be more than $100,000, Boston Globe reports. Included in his collection are the expensive "Air Jordan 4 Eminem x Carhart ($22,755), the OVO Air Jordan 12 White ($10,000) and the Duckman Air Jordan 14 ($7,375)."

Wahlberg has truly come a long way.
