Democratic presidential candidate, and front-runner, Hillary Clinton reiterated her stance that undocumented immigrants should be deported if they cross the border illegally.


Efforts to pass New York's version of the DREAM Act has stalled, and undocumented immigrant youths are protesting against Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Democratic Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie through a hunger strike for their inaction to move forward on the issue.


Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, a staunch opponent of President Barack Obama's immigration executive actions, has defended his use of the term "deportable" towards an undocumented immigrant who was a guest at the State of the Union.


Republican Governor Chris Christie may have appealed to Latinos in the Democratically-driven state of New Jersey to gain him his second gubernatorial victory, but both Democrats and Republicans are saying that doesn't mean he can win them over across the country in a 2016 presidential bid.
