In her latest post on "Elizabeth Revealed," her new personal blog, actress Elizabeth Gutiérrez shared details about how she and actor William Levy celebrate the Holidays with their kids.

On Dec. 15, the actress shared a new post, titled "The Magic of Christmas," and discussed the traditions that she, Levy and their two children, Christopher and Kailey, take part in for Christmas.

"We try to make this season as magical as possible for our kids," she wrote.

"You know, putting on the whole show of getting Santa on the phone. They really loved it last year. We also have a tradition of leaving cookies for Santa, and then mommy and daddy leave Santa a thank-you note in the morning."

The point of their traditions, she shared, are to make sure their children feel blessed and are grateful for what they have.

Gutiérrez also revealed how she and Levy have their kids write letters to Santa Clause and try to be careful not to let the kids know that it was their parents who got their gifts.

According to the "Brujas" star, her 9-year-old son still believes in Santa Clause. She explained that she loves sheltering that idea and won't take it away from him as long as he continues to believe it.

"He will still have a lifetime to find out everything that makes this world a harsh place sometimes," she said. "But for now, I absolutely adore his innocence and I chose for him to grow up in that kind of environment where his innocence is preserved and celebrated."

Her daughter, however, is fully aware that her famous parents are the real reason there are presents under the Christmas tree but keeps quiet for her brother's sake.

Gutiérrez's blog isn't the only place where the star has been getting up close and personal with fans. As of lately, the Mexican-American star and Levy have both been more open about their speculated relationship on social media.

The family has spent plenty of time together since Gutiérrez took her children to South Africa to join Levy while he filmed "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter."

After that, the family headed to Dominican Republic to spend Thanksgiving together with friends and family while Levy filmed another project. They shared several pictures from their recent outings on Instagram.
