"Mob Wives" Season 6 has been aptly titled "The Last Stand" since it would be the program's final season. The reality series is returning this Jan. 13 with the original cast line-up so the viewers can expect lots of drama as the members display their love-hate relationships in addition to surprising revelations.

The women of Staten Island are returning on small screen to stir up drama every Wednesday night. VH1 released an extended teaser which showed what the avid viewers can expect in the series' last hurrah.

With the reunion of Angela "Big Ang" Raiola, Drita D'Avanzo, Karen Gravano, Carla Facciolo, Renee Grazinao together with the new girls Marissa Jade and Brittany Fogarty, the sixth season will be about loyalty as the friends get reunited. Family would be the center too as the women deal with their own issues at home.

"It's always the ones that you prove your loyalty to who are the ones that wanna stab you in your back," Karen said in the first trailer of "Mob Wives" season 6.

Further, many happenings were highlighted in the teaser especially the good times which the original cast members had in the past. In contrast, it is also full of intense scenarios as they also engage in heated cat fights after grudges starts to re-emerge and lines have been crossed.

But setting aside their differences, it seems that the cast missed each other as they were best friends and at times enemies as well. "It feels good to have the group back together, in a good place," Drita said in the trailer.

The health condition of Big Ang or Angela Raiola was also discussed in the Season 6 teaser. It can be recalled that she has been diagnosed with throat cancer last year. She allowed the show to record her medical appointments for treatments.

Meanwhile, explaining about her decision to return to the reality program Facciolo told VH1 in an interview, "I honestly think me, Drita, Karen and Renee, we were the four originals who started this show, just like 'Sex and the City,' if they change those girls you'd be like 'oh no, no no I'm not watching it. So we brought that show together and I think the four of us have such history that people wanna see that."

Finally, with the show already ending its run, Producer Jennifer Graziano told E! News, "This six season run has been a journey of exploration for all of the women and I'm proud to say they have all identified who they are outside of a world that once defined them."

"It was my pleasure to work so closely with people I grew up with and called family and actual family. Not many people are afforded the opportunity to do what they love with people they love. My gratitude to VH1, The Weinstein Company, Electus, and Left/Right for an amazing show and journey we all took together. Cheers to the future for all!" she concluded.
