Andy Murray and Stan Wawrinka will look to advance to the fourth round of men's competition, while Garbiñe Muguruza and Madison Keys will also see action in Day 6 of the 2016 Australian Open.

Murray, who is chasing his third Grand Slam title, will go up against Joao Sousa of Portugal in the third round of men's competition on Saturday at Margaret Court Arena.

The second-seeded Briton, who lost to Novak Djokovic in the 2015 Australian Open final, will be a heavy favorite heading into his match against Sousa, but he said that he will not take any chances because he knows his opponent is capable of pulling off an upset.

"He's a very good mover. Good athlete. He wins. He knows how to win matches. He understands the game well and he gets the most out of his game," Murray said of Sousa. "So, you know, if I play well, I got a good chance obviously. But, you know, he's the sort of player that if your level's not quite there, he'll make it very tough for you."

Wawrinka, the 2014 Australian Open champion, will face Lukas Rosol of Czech Republic on Saturday at Rod Laver Arena.

The fourth-seeded Swiss defeated Dmitry Tursunov and Radek Stepanek in the first two rounds, while Rosol advanced to third round with hard-earned victories against Taro Daniel and Jack Sock, respectively.

In the women's side, Muguruza will also resume her chase for her first Grand Slam title, when she faces Barbora Strycova of Czech Republic at Rod Laver Arena.

Muguruza was hardly threatened in the first two rounds, winning against Annett Kontaveit and Kirsten Flipkens in straight sets. Strycova, on the other hand, also scored straight-set victories against 32nd seed Caroline Garcia and Vania King in the first and second rounds, respectively.

Meanwhile, Madison Keys of the United States will also see action on Sunday. The 15th seed will go up against 20th seed Ana Ivanovic of Serbia. The 20-year-old Keys admitted that she is not familiar with Ivanovic but she knows she will have a tough match on Saturday.

"I think we've played one time. Honestly, I don't even remember it, to be honest," Keys said. "I think obviously she does well here. She can play really well. It's going to be a tough match."
