The "Dragon Ball Super" episode 28 may lack intense action-packed scenes, but it still remains an essential viewing for fans of the anime series.

According to Movie Pilot, "Dragon Ball Super's" latest episode will officialy mark the beginning of a new chapter and will be the very first major episode of this new arc.

After finally obliterating Frieza once and for all, planet Earth is finally at peace. With everyone finally safe, Goku and Vegeta are back in training under the God of Destruction's tutelage. During the first scenes of the episode 28, we see Whis sipping tea, while the heroes struggle to make 50,000 push ups using only their index fingers.

However, as Goku and Vegeta are about to hit 50,000, a huge explosion happened a few miles away that awoke an angry Beerus, which led him into hurling multiple ki blasts to Goku and Vegeta.

The scene then cuts to the place of explosion, which revealed beings that closely resemble Beerus and Whis. The two are later identified to be Champa, Beerus' fatter twin and God of Destruction of the Sixth Universe and Vados, Whis older's sister that serves as Champa's aid.

In an review of the episode by Attack of the Fan Boy, as Champa is about to blast Beeru's door open, it suddenly exploded and revealed the Beerus is not yet done hurling ki blasts to Goku and Vegeta.

Still feeling confused and angry from being awoken from his sleep, Beerus hurled blasts to Champa, which further angered him. After dodging the blast, he identified himself as his twin brother, in which Beerus finally calmed down and acknowledged him and invited him inside his castle.

After teasing and arguing for a while, Champa revealed the reason why he visited his brother. He revealed that he has discovered a new species of bird from his universe and has brought its hard boiled eggs.

Vegeta and Goku are pleased with the taste, but Beerus is not backing down. He then presented his brother from the sixth universe with a rather delicious, but ordinary food -- instant ramen.

Despite being common food in planet Earth, instant ramen proved to be a delicious delicacy for the most powerful beings in the "Dragon Ball Super" universe.

However, the ramen was too good and it resulted into Champa challenging Beerus for the custody of Earth, for the sole reason of having its delicious food.

Beerus was hesitant at first, but after being enticed by Champa with their version of the "Dragon Balls" and the urging of Goku, the God of Destruction accepted the challenge that will showcase both of the sixth and the seventh universe's finest warriors.

Overall, the episode was a funny start of a new saga, but those looking for action-packed scenes may be a bit disappointed. Still, "Dragon Ball Super's" episode 28 is a must watch for casual and hardcore fans alike.
