Did Duchess Kate and Prince William ditch the Middletons' annual holiday in Mustique? While news of Carol and Michael Middleton's arrival was first reported on social media, it has not yet been confirmed whether the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will join Kate's parents on their annual trip.

Duchess Kate's parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, have reportedly arrived in the small and beautiful Caribbean island of Mustique in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in West Indies. According to Hello! magazine, the Middletons are on the island to celebrate Carole's 61st birthday on Sunday.

The Middletons' Caribbean getaway is actually the family's annual tradition. And the last time Prince William and Duchess Kate joined the annual trip was during Carole's birthday last year when the 34-year-old Duchess was almost seven months pregnant with Princess Charlotte.

This 2016, however, royal insiders revealed that while the Middletons were already enjoying the Cotton House party with their group of friends, there had been no sign of the royal couple yet.

Meanwhile, Prince William's 27-year-old cousin, Princess Beatrice of York, has recently landed a job at a fashion investment company in New York City. However, rumors have it that Kate Middleton has predicted the princess' jet-setting lifestyle will drive the company to fire her within months.

The eldest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, Princess Beatrice is known for her 18 global holidays in a span of 15 months. While she has graduated a finance course at a college in San Francisco, Celeb Dirty Laundry claimed that Duchess Kate wasn't quite impressed with Beatrice's attempt on having a job.

"The Duchess of Cambridge must be laughing at Princess Beatrice's latest effort to hold down a job," the celebrity gossip site wrote. "Duchess Kate can barely reign in the contempt she feels toward both Princess Bea and younger sister Princess Eugenie!"

Princess Beatrice is not the only royal who has landed a new job. As a matter of fact, Duchess Kate has recently landed a gig at the Huffington Post UK as the publication's "guest editor" for a day. She will be joining them in February to raise mental health awareness, as previously reported.

In other news, Kate Middleton's hairdresser is bringing his product to the United States. According to HuffPost Style, Kate's longtime hairdresser Richard Ward recently released his sulfate-and-detergent-free cleansing conditioner called, "The Chelsea Collection Cleanse and Condition," in America. Ward's product retails for $12 on Joyus.

Speaking of Duchess Kate, her sister Pippa's dress recently went for auction for the British Heart Foundation. Daily Mail has learned Pippa's sold-out £295 tea dress and matching scarf will be part of the foundation's "Roll out the Red" auction, which was launched on Thursday, Jan. 28.

Pippa's dress was her shot at fashion design after she collaborated with designer Tabitha Webb.
