On E!'s hit reality TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Rob Kardashian is usually portrayed as the shy, sensitive, and insecure brother, especially when it comes to his now heavyset physical appearance.

There have even been episodes where the "KUWTK" star breaks down and cries about his weight gain.

But on Twitter, Rob showed us a completely different side in contrast to his usually plaintive demeanor.

"So I found out I was trending for being fat...thank you all it really made my day :)," he tweeted on Tuesday.

He continued, "and to the blogs saying I went to fat camp or rehab LOL then why am I still fat you fools? y'all must have run out of real news."

Rob went on to explain that he is against going to "fat camp" or any sort of therapy because he simply does not "believe" in that.

"first, I don't believe in rehab or therapy or anything of that sort and second I'm a grown man and will work on myself when I choose."

So does that mean that Rob will be hitting the gym soon?

Well, apparently so. The 27-year-old reality TV star explained that he is choosing gym as his form of "therapy."

"I'm aware that I'm fat that def aint a surprise to me lol and my only therapy will be in the gym anyways had to say somethingggggg," Rob ended his rant on Twitter to his 4.8 million followers.

TMZ recently reported that Rob flew in his trainer Gunnar Peterson to Paris so that he and Khloé could train in the gym before the grand "Kim-ye" wedding that is rumored to be taking place in Versailles on May 24.

Well, thanks for the update, Rob, and hopefully we will be seeing a healthier side of the "KUWTK" star in the future.
