Despite insistent public demand of TV series revivals such as 'Gilmore Girls' and 'Full House,' NBC is not rebooting Emmy Award-winning series 'Will & Grace.' News of the revival was from frequent guest star in the show Leslie Jordan who said that the show is indeed returning with 10 episodes initially ordered by the network. Jordan further claims that these episodes will all air fall of 2017.

TV Guide reported that Leslie Jordan was interviewed by KPBS and he was very happy to announce 'Will & Grace' revival. He clarified the news saying "Here's the way it works: [NBC] has ordered 10. It'll be for next season, so it'll go in July. And then they'll add the guest cast. I'll get a phone call." But despite the amazing news from the Emmy Award-winning actor, NBC has not confirmed the return of the series.

Meanwhile, the Ottawa Sun has reported that Debra Messing has disproved Leslie Jordan's announcement saying that the series is returning to TV. She took to Twitter her message to 'Will & Grace' fans saying: "Sadly Leslie was wrong. Nothing beyond talks."

'Will & Grace' ran from 1998 to 2006 and had numerous awards. Its main cast recently reunited in a ten-minute video endorsing Hillary Clinton as president in September. This project sparked rumors that the series is indeed to get a reboot next year.

Debra Messing and other cast of the series said that they were open to a reboot of the popular comedy show. Messing said in an interview in September, after the endorsement video for Clinton, that if there was a 'Will & Grace' 2.0 she would wish for ten episodes and it would be on Netflix or Amazon. The award-winning actress hoped that the reboot would be done this way because of their conflicting schedules and even added that this would be a naughty version of the series.
