A Californian man was put back again inside the prison cell just 10 minutes after he was released, according to a recently published article.

The California Highway Patrol Officers arrested Daniel Orozco, 28 years old, on Wednesday after he was alleged of driving under the influence of drugs and the wrong way according to the report filed in the Salinas Police Department.

He was released from the jail at around 1:15 in the afternoon but was sent back after 10 minutes due to another crime. He was accused of carjacking a car and choking the 11-year-old son of a woman after she refused to give the keys of her car.

According to the statement released by the police, "Not more than 10 minutes later Orozco forced a female out of her car in the parking lot of Natividad Medical Center. The female refused to give up the keys to her car so Orozco began to strangle the female's 11-year-old child. The female gave her keys up and pulled her child out of the car before Orozco fled the scene."

After receiving the report, the California Highway Patrol officers and Gonzales Police Department immediately searched the area to arrest Daniel Orozco. He was found in Highway 101 and was taken into custody thereafter.

He was charged with carjacking, kidnapping, child endangerment, and assault with a deadly weapon. Additionally, it was also reported by the police that the 11-year-old boy suffered minor injuries but was treated immediately.

On the official Facebook page of the Salinas Police Department, they wrote:

"At about 1:16 this afternoon, Daniel Orozco (28) was released from county jail after being arrested by #chpmonterey a day prior for DUI-drugs and driving the wrong way on the road. Not more than 10 minutes later Orozco forced a female out of her car in the parking lot of Natividad Medical Center. The female refused to give up the keys to her car so Orozco began to strangle the female's 11 year old child."

"The female gave her keys up and pulled her child out of the car before Orozco fled the scene. With help from #chpmonterey and Gonzales Police Department he was arrested along Highway 101. Orozco was again booked into county jail for carjacking, kidnapping, child endangerment and assault with a deadly weapon. #teamwork #backtojail."

Many Californians reacted to the posts condemning the suspect. One wrote: "This kind of behavior is very common, inmates are released at all hours of the day and us employees, as well as our patients, are always at risk. I think it would be a good idea to escort inmates out of NMC premises."

Another said: "He thinks he's a tough guy, really ??? If she would have been armed & trained to defend herself he wouldn't be here. Pray this lady & child are ok. Good job officers, I'm glad y'all are safe."

Another third person was also very angry and said: "This makes me so Angry!!! They let them out, they assault other people! No one is safe in California!"

The suspect might be linked to the previous carjacking incident that occurred for the past few weeks where one of the suspects was shot dead by the police. The Police Department chose not to name the Police Officers and the carjacking suspect,
