The year 2020 does not seem to be a good year for everyone, from natural calamities, global pandemic, to well-known stars' deaths. This year seems to bring more problems in the coming days. 

The global pandemic has infected millions of individuals across the globe. It also claimed the lives of thousands. Coronavirus is a disease that exempts no one. Rich or poor, government official or not, everyone can get infected if health and safety guidelines woul+d not be followed. 

In a recently published article by WonderWall, the following are the stars who died this year:

1. Charlie Daniels

Charlie Daniels is the Country Music Hall of Famer. He combined traditional country and Southern rock. He is also the founder of Charlie Daniels Band. He died at the age of 83 due to hemorrhagic stroke in Hermitage, Tennessee on July 6 

2. Ennio Morricone

The Oscar and Grammy award-winning Italian composer died on July 6 in a hospital in Rome at 91. He was known as "Maestro," because of the more than 500 films in his seven decades. Some of his songs include "A Fistful of Dollars," "For a Few Dollars More," "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly,"  "Once Upon a Time in America," and more.

3. Earl Cameron

Cameron died on July 3 at the age of 102 at his home in Kenilworth, England. He was one of the first black actors to perform in British films and TV Shows. He appeared in everything from the 1965 James Bond Movie. In 2006 he was appointed as a Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

4. Hugh Downs

The radio veteran-turned-TV Newsman died on July 1 at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona, at 99. Hugh Downs holds the Guinness-certified record for most total hours on commercial network television. He was famous as the host of the game show "Concentration" and the "Today" show on NBC.

5. Carl Reiner

The Grammy and Emmy award-winning entertainer died due to natural causes on June 29 at his house in Beverly Hills. He died at the age of 98. Carl Reiner was a stand-up comedian, actor, director, producer, writer, and a Broadway star. 

6. Johnny Mandel

The Oscar and Grammy award-winning songwriter died on June 30 at the age of 94. He was known for more than 30 films during his Hollywood career. He won five Grammys, including Best Original Song Oscar for "The Shadow of Your Smile."

7. Benny Mardones

The singer-songwriter died on June 29 at his home in Menifee, California. He died at the age of 73 due to the complications of his long battle against Parkinson's Disease. He is most famous during the 1980s, most notably in his radio ballad "Into the Night."

8. Tray Savage

The rapper was shot and killed on June 26 while driving in the morning on the South Side of Chicago. He died at the age of 26. His family told an entertainment news outlet that he was always devoted to his fiancee, kids, family, and music.

9. Steve Bing

Steve Bing committed suicide at his home in Los Angeles and died at the age of 55. He was a screenwriter, movie producer, and a generous philanthropist.  

10. Sushant Singh Rajput 

An Indian actor who committed suicide on June 14. He began his career as in the soap opera "Pavitra Rishta" before moving to Bollywood films.
