Socialite Jasmine Hartin had accused her partner, Andrew Ashcroft, of denying her access to their kids, as caught in video footage.

Hartin was charged with manslaughter by negligence in the shooting death of a Belize cop last month. In a video obtained by Daily Mail, the wealthy socialite can be seen lashing out at Andrew Ashcroft while chasing him.

Jasmine Hartin is accusing her common-law husband of denying her access to their two young twins, Charlie and Elle.

"Why won't you let me see the kids Andrew? Why are you stopping me from being at my house and seeing my kids Andrew? You lied to my whole family. Let me see my children," the 32-year-old socialite can be heard saying in the footage as she confronted Ashcroft in a hotel kitchen.

The video was filmed by Hartin herself using her cell phone. Andrew Ashcroft is the son of influential British billionaire Lord Michael Ashcroft.

The couple's apartment is next door in another complex called the Grand Colony. However, Hartin has been living in Cayo, which is on the opposite side of Belize, since she was released two weeks ago on 30,000 Belizean dollars bail.

In another video filmed Tuesday, June 22, Hartin was also seen being confronted by guards as she walks towards Andrew Ashcroft in the distance.

Jasmine Hartin said the security, instructed by Andrew Ashcroft, is literally stopping her from seeing her children right now. She can also be heard saying that Andrew is "gonna rot in hell for this," adding that "like I'm not going through enough."

Before the shooting incident, Hartin was reportedly a Director of Lifestyle & Experience at the newly opened Alaia Belize Resort developed by her husband.

Jasmine Hartin Charged in Belize Cop Death

The Supreme Court of Belize had earlier denied Jasmine Hartin bail after the fatal shooting of a top police officer. The judge had decided to reject the bail application and decided to adjourn the matter earlier this month.

The decision was made after Belize's head prosecutor submitted an objection to the court on the grounds that Hartin posed a "serious flight risk," ABC 7 Chicago reported.

Jasmine Hartin was set free after spending eight days behind bars in Belize's central prison. The daughter-in-law of Lord Michael Ashcroft has to report daily to the San Ignacio town police station and adhere to a night-time curfew. She cannot leave the Central American country without permission from the Supreme Court.

Chester Williams, the commissioner of the Belize Police Department, said that Superintendent Henry Jemmott's injury is not consistent with suicide and the manner of death is homicide.

When police found Hartin near Jemmott's body, she was reportedly in an emotional state walking herself on the pier. Williams noted that they believe she is to some extent affected by it. Williams also said the incident seems rather personal and not an attack on law enforcement.

Investigators believe that Jasmine Hartin and the Belize cop were friends and had been drinking together on a pier on May 28, when Jemmott was also found floating dead beside a pier on the island of San Pedro. But Williams clarified that the two were both fully clothed.

Prosecutors told the judge that Hartin had been under the influence of alcohol when she handled Jemmott's service weapon and did not own a gun license, The Guardian reported.

Hartin admitted that they were sitting on the pier when they started loading and unloading his gun. She also told authorities that she picked up the gun and tried to eject the magazine clip, but it was stuck.

Jasmine Hartin said she was struggling to get the magazine out when the gun suddenly went off, New York Post reported.
