For a beginner to start a business and grow it can be difficult. The competition is intensifying day by day, and many companies are collapsing. The business world can be a rough time for most people, but with the right direction, anyone can build a successful company.

Enter Tyler King, CEO of Assuras, Inc. An excellent example of an entrepreneur whose goal is to make the world a better place. Tyler's expertise in growing other's businesses is amazing, and through his company (Assuras, Inc.) he and his team have supported many local and international businesses to realize their vision.

Think of a consulting company that does not spend all its time repeating words that you have heard many times. As the next generation of consultants, Assuras decided to take the advice business seriously. Unlike conventional consulting firms that focus only on past experience, they study the backgrounds of their clients to find out what works best for them, and then start from the bottom.

Assuras takes a completely different approach that seems to be successful over time; Instead of meeting face-to-face with management from day one, the team jumps straight to holding meetings with employees who will be significantly affected by the changes resulting from the solutions.

In the first month, they become acquainted with all the staff involved in the day to day operations achieving the goals of the organization. After that, they begin to look at and understand where the problems lie, which includes receiving both customer and employee complaints.

"All my life I have wanted to make a big difference in the world. I feel like that's why I'm here. And that starts with making sure no one is being exploited, and you have the potential to improve yourself. I don't like being given, I like giving power so people can be independent. This ultimately benefits the whole community. " - Tyler King

Tyler King is also a philanthropist who founded the "A Voice From Prison". A non-profit organization, it fights for the reform of criminal justice and constitutional rights.

Tyler states: "Many business owners make the mistake of not having a mentor / coach or agency support. Asking for help is not a bad thing at all. Through Assuras we provide the right guides for businesses to get the highest return on investment ".

He was previously sentenced to 6.5 years in jail for his role in digital crime and is currently detained at Federal Prison. Although there is more to this case than the last remark, it may be difficult for those who are unfamiliar with the entire tale to look past this point.

Tyler has learned that despite not being permitted to do the things he likes, this is what he wants to do for those who have gone through what he has.

Tyler King had never anticipated that the criminal justice system would have such an influence on his life until he was arrested. Despite the fact that he was raised in a family-centric home and had all he needed or desired throughout his youth and adulthood, Tyler was still caught up in the criminal justice system, and he learned the hard way that the road to justice isn't always just.

Tyler King is attempting to correct the problems that exist from the inside out. His business tactics for Assuras, Inc. are strongly tied to his personal ideals, which are to solve problems that begin at the bottom and work their way up. Because talking directly to management about problems can lead to prejudice and hamper effective problem resolution, Assuras participants will first meet with lower-level workers to gain a better understanding of how the firm operates, including what its employees and customers face on a daily basis.

Accordingly, he applies the same methods to approaching criminal justice reform. Starting at the bottom, gathering data, and working out solutions that can actually work. There may just be hope for the US criminal justice system yet. With his nonprofit project, he is raising awareness to support all those affected by the criminal justice system, which he actually states is the larger community.

"Everyone is tied to it in some way. Everyone can be subject to it's laws. It's time to bring the matter of justice to 21st century standards and use methods to ensure individuals who don't intend to harm others aren't hurt in the name of justice." says Tyler King.

Assuras will welcome its CEO back soon after Tyler's prison sentence is over. Until then, Tyler says he will continue doing whatever he can to make a positive impact to lives everywhere.
