Kari Lake's string of defeats continues as the Donald Trump ally and losing Arizona gubernatorial candidate's bid to have the Arizona Supreme Court hear her election lawsuit was rejected unanimously.

Lake, a former TV news anchor, had previously tried to skip the Arizona Court of Appeals and go directly to the State Supreme Court as she tried to call for a new election or be named the governor despite the state finding no evidence of the widespread voter fraud she had been claiming.

The infamous politician has mirrored her top ally, Donald Trump's tactics of claiming election fraud despite having little to no evidence to back those claims up. The evidence they presented was not enough to prove voter fraud could have changed the results, with an Arizona lower court previously ruling against her as her arguments had no merit.

However, the Supreme Court rejected Lake's appeal, with Justice Bill Montgomery writing in the ruling, "Appellant Lake does not show good cause for transferring the appeal from the court of appeals, where the matter has been fully briefed."

Lake claimed in her Supreme Court bid that she had new evidence and asked the court to reverse a lower court decision against her. She has also been claiming on social media that she has new evidence of corruption. However, upon seeing her so-called evidence, the trial court, the Appeals court, and the Supreme Court all found what she presented unconvincing.

The Arizona Supreme Court itself has launched its own investigation into Lake's alleged election fraud claims and found no evidence of any tampering with voting tabulators or printers.

Kari Lake Doubles Down on Election Fraud Claims as She Runs for US Senate

Even though she has lost in the courts repeatedly as she failed to back up her claims of election fraud with hard evidence, Lake is pulling a Donald Trump and is attempting to win the court of public opinion as she doubles down on her debunked claims. This comes as she runs for the US Senate with the full endorsement of Donald Trump.

During the 2022 elections, Lake lost her bid as Arizona governor after constantly attacking moderate Republicans loyal to John McCain, who is an ardent opponent of her ally, Donald Trump.

However, Arizona Central has found that Lake has been changing tactics too. In addition to doubling down on her election lies, she is also extending olive branches to her Republican opponents to shore up moderates.

While she strikes a somber tone to moderate Republicans to get their support for her Senate bid, she is maintaining a balancing act for their MAGA Base as she continues claiming the election was rigged and argues that the court should reopen the issue because of new evidence despite repeatedly losing her cases.

Kari Lake Allies Also Lose Election Court Case

While Lake is busy with her own cases and Senate bid, the Arizona Daily Star is reporting that We The People, a group allied to the failed gubernatorial candidate, failed to gain access to any security camera footage of Runbeck Election Services, which runs election services across the country.

A Maricopa County Superior Court judge rejected their bid, noting that the Lake-allied organization's conclusions were unsupported by any other evidence.
