Former child star Raven-Symoné is the latest celebrity to be featured on Sunday's episode of Oprah's "Where Are They Now?" series, People reports.

In addition to discussing her sexual orientation on the show, Raven also had a few choice words for other child stars who have found themselves at the center of constant scandal and media scrutiny.

"It's unnecessary to go to the most popular restaurant in the world when you have a scandal on your head and then get mad that someone's gonna take a picture of you," Raven tells Oprah Winfrey about other controversial child stars. "That's your fault, Boo-Boo. Stay in the house."

When asked how she managed to stay out of the media as a child and keep a level head, Raven, 28, responded, "My parents taught me to keep my private life private to the best of my ability. "They showed me all the role models out there that I could turn in to, and [to think about] what I want for myself in the future."

Although Symone rarely makes headlines, the now 28-year-old actress did garner some media attention when she came out as gay last year, according to HollywoodLife.com and dyed her hair multiple colors this year.

During an interview on the "Just KeKe" show back in June, the former "That's So Raven" star explained her decision to color her hair stemmed from wanting to break out of her child star mold and image.

Raven also talked about going to college and adjusting to classes. Raven currently attends the Academy of Art University.

"I am a unicorn, thank you very much. And I'm going to college and when I come back, I'm gonna be a totally different Raven, you won't even know it," she said.
