The Dallas Cowboys will look to get rolling as they gun for their third win of the season against the struggling San Diego Chargers on Sunday at the Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, California.

The Cowboys are back to their winning form following their impressive 31-7 win over the St. Louis Rams on Week 3. On Sunday, Dallas will attempt to get their first road win for the second time this season after suffering a heartbreaking 17-16 loss to Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium on Week 2.

Meanwhile, the Chargers are still searching for consistency after dropping two of their first three games this season. The frustrating part about their losses against the Houston Texans 31-28 and Tennessee Titans 20-17 was the fact that these games were decided by three points. Ironically, the Chargers defeated the Philadelphia Eagles also by three points, 33-30, on week 2.

Numbers to Chime In

The Cowboys haven't clicked that much yet offensively as they averaged just 242.7 passing yards (18th in NFL) and 105.7 rushing yards (17th) per game in three games this season. The Cowboys' defensive unit has been sloppy in defending the opposing team's air attack, but their ground defense has been formidable as they allowed opponents to rush an average of 66.3 yards per game (2nd in NFL).

Meanwhile, the Chargers are covering an average of 257 passing yards (11th) and 102.7 rushing yards per game (19th). San Diego is also worst in the league in defending opponent's passing game (340.7 opponents average passing yards) and rushing game (130 opp avg rushing yards).

Quarterback Match-up

Dallas quarterback Tony Romo has been playing efficient so far, completing 83 out of 115 passes for 771 yards with six TDs and one interception. On the other hand, San Diego signal-caller Philip Rivers has posted slightly better numbers as he covered 798 yards on 70 percent completion percentage with eight TDs and one interception.
