On the next all-new episode of "Grimm," Nick and Hank will investigate an unusual case that leads them into the world of boxing.

In the upcoming episode, which is titled "Last Fight," the detectives will explore a local boxing gym that comes under fire following a brutal murder. However, without his Grimm powers, Nick will face the ultimate challenge.

Meanwhile, Agent Chavez, played by "Orange is the New Black" actress Elizabeth Rodriguez, will keep an eye on Trubel, since she beheaded Renard's shooter.

NBC released a sneak peek of Friday night's episode, featuring Hank, Monroe and Rosalee reveal and Bud, who is played guest star Danny Bruno. In the clip, Rosalee reveals to Bud that Nick lost his powers after he questions whether Trubel is a threat to the community.

"Nick can't see us anymore," said Rosalee.

"Oh my God, he's blind?" says Bud in complete shock.

"No, Bud, he can't see Wesen," explains Monroe.

"He's not a Grimm anymore....This is terrible. This is worse than I thought!" says Bud in response.

According to Dread Central, the episode's official synopsis reads as follows:

"After Nick (David Giuntoli) has a bizarre, unsettling vision, he and Hank (Russell Hornsby) find themselves on a case that takes them into the world of boxing. Trubel (guest star Jacqueline Toboni) finds herself under the watchful eye of Agent Chavez (guest star Elizabeth Rodriguez) before jumping into the ring to help with Nick's investigation.

Meanwhile, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) get some unexpected help in figuring out a way to restore Nick's Grimm abilities. Elsewhere, Adalind (Claire Coffee) encounters a mysterious visitor in her dungeon cell."

Other guest stars include Bitsie Tulloch, Sasha Roiz, Reggie Lee and Lisa Gay Hamilton.

Season 4 Episode 3 of "Grimm," "Last Fight" premieres on NBC on Friday, Nov. 7 at 9 p.m. ET.
