Episode 8 of the sixth season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" was a doozy and for all the wrong reasons. While on a tour of the Freedom Trail in Savannah, Georgia, the wives visited the First African Baptist Church. The church is significant because it's the oldest black congregation in North America. It also happened to be a major part of the Underground Railroad. As most of you are aware, the Underground Railroad helped countless African Americans escape bondage in the south and head to the free north.

When the tour guide showed the wives that the floor of the church was dotted with ventilation holes where "people crawled under to escape slavery," Porsha Stewart, 31, didn't quite get the whole process.

"There has to be an opening for the railroad," she said.

Just as you'd expect, the reaction from the tour guide and ladies was classic. The guide had to hold back his laughter and NeNe Leakes had a classic response to the dumb blonde moment by simply saying, "Ding Dong." It looks like Porsha was physically present, but her mind was elsewhere. Phaedra Parks then had to educate Porsha on the fact that the Underground Railroad was just a "euphemism" and that it "wasn't a train."

Ingenious feats of mechanical engineering would have had to happen in order for a locomotive to fit into a modestly-sized church. Plus, wasn't the whole point of escaping slavery to not get caught? You would need to do it as quietly and under-the-radar as possible. A real train would have had the opposite effect.

Now, in Porsha's defense, she has been undergoing a lot of stress lately. There have been murmurs of her impending exit from the show. The producers of Housewives think that she is a ratings cancer. One producer even went as far as saying that Porsha is "a mix of boring and annoying" and "neither is good for TV." An official decision will likely happen after the sixth season wraps and the reunion special airs. To add to her banner year, Porsha is also undergoing an acrimonious divorce with former NFL Quarterback Kordell Stewart.

So what do you think about Porsha's comment? Is the American education system to blame or is the girl just not all there? Let us know in the comments below.
