PS gamers can subscribe to PlayStation Plus for $10 each month. This subscription service by Sony is mostly patronized for its multiplayer access and there are free games that come along with the subscription.

While it may seem like a great deal, this is not as clear cut as it seems.

"The many discounts and savings are welcome but PlayStation Plus subscribers aren't always happy with the choice of games on offer," Gamer Rant explained.

Fortunately for PS Plus members, Sony has apparently addressed the issue with its "Vote to Play" campaign kicking-off this Thursday.

"Vote to Play" lets PS Plus subscribers choose what free game will be included in next month's subscription, Sony stated in a PlayStation blog post.

The choices include the following:

Armello

Zombie Vikings

Grow Home

PS Plus members can cast their vote by navigating through "Vote to Play" from the PlayStation Store's Plus section on PS4. They can also access it through the What's New or Notifications areas on the PS4 dashboard.

The highest-voted game will be free to subscribers. They can also have the two other games at a discounted price.

Voting will begin at 8:30 AM PDT on Thursday, August 13, and end on Monday, August 24.

However, Sony announced that there will be an increase in cost for monthly and tri-monthly subscriptions in the U.K., although annual PS Plus subscription fees will remain the same.

"We are dedicated to bringing PlayStation Plus members the best possible service with the most compelling content. From September 1, 2015 we will be increasing the price of monthly and three-month PlayStation Plus subscriptions in line with market conditions. We will continue to invest in PlayStation Plus to ensure an unparalleled experience, featuring the best quality games and features," explained Sony in another statement.
