The University of Southern California has agreed to pay over $1 billion in settlement to women alleging health center gynecologist George Tyndall of sex abuse on his patients, the university announced.
Twenty sexual assault charges are faced by a former UCLA gynecologist. Los Angeles prosecutors expanded their case against him as 17 more charges, from the initial three filed last year, came in Monday.
