Former strategist of former U.S. President Donald Trump, Steve Bannon, was released without bail on Monday but is required to check in weekly with officials, as well as surrender his passport.
The U.S. State Department has issued the first passport with an "X" gender designation as it recognized the rights of people who do not identify as male or female.
