70% of Tested Texas Prisoners, Positive with COVID-19: More Tests and Fewer Inmates, Experts Say
More than 70 percent of the tested inmates turned positive with COVID-19. This is an astonishingly high rate compared with the state in general where less than 10 percent of the small number of Texans tested positive with the illness.
