Nominations for the 58th Annual Grammy Awards has been announced, at the first group of awards. Among them are some of the biggest names of 2015. 

Alicia Keys revealed the nominations at 8:15 a.m. ET on "CBS This Morning." The nominees for four general music categories have been announced so far: Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best New Artist.

Up for Album of the Year is Alabama Shakes' "Sound and Color," Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp a Butterfly," Chris Stapleton's "Traveller," Taylor Swift's "1989" and The Weeknd's "Beauty Behind the Madness."

For song of the year the nominations are Lamar's "Alright," Swift's "Blank Space," Little Big Town's "Girl Crush," Wiz Khalifa's "See You Again" featuring Charlie Puth, and Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud."

Record of the Year includes the nominees D'Angelo and the Vanguard for "Really Love," Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk," Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud," Swift's "Blank Space" and The Weeknd's "Can't Feel my Face."

Best New Artist nominees include Courtney Barnett, James Bay, Sam Hunt, Tori Kelly and Meghan Trainor.

Swift, Sheeran and The Weeknd all appear more than once on this list of Grammy nominations.

The "Shake It Off" singer has seen success with her fifth studio album, "1989," which sold 1,287,000 copies in its first week of release. It also debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart. This album has produced the singles "Shake It Off," "Blank Space," "Style," "Bad Blood" and "Wildest Dreams."

Sheeran last released his second studio album, "x," which received mixed to positive reviews after its release. However, it did top the Billboard 200 chart. This album produced the singles "Sing," "Don't," "Thinking Out Loud," "Bloodstream" and "Photograph."

The Weeknd's second studio album, "Beauty Behind the Madness," did well, selling 326,000 copies in its first week of release. It also topped the Billboard 200 chart. This album produced the singles "Often," "The Hills," "Can't Feel my Face" and "In the Night."

The upcoming Grammy Awards is set to air on Feb. 15, 2016 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
