When it is all said and done, will Michael Strahan be known as a Super Bowl champion defensive end for the New York Giants or will he be known as the morning television show host that he is now?

Strahan is making a stronger case for the latter after he made his first appearance on Good Morning America on Tuesday as a co-host, a position that he earned after doing so well on Live with Michael and Kelly. Strahan will only serve in a part-time role with Good Morning America and he will continue to do his show with Kelly Ripa. He also has built up a strong following on Twitter, with over 1 million followers.

According to anchor Robin Roberts, Strahan will be on Good Morning America a couple days a week while he juggles his other job at the same time. Things will get even more interesting when the football season rolls around because Strahan also works in a similar role for Fox Sports on Sundays but he has had to travel back and forth from coast to coast throughout the season since the Fox Sports show is located in California.

In 2007, Strahan wrapped up his 15-year career with the New York Giants by winning the Super Bowl against the then-undefeated New England Patriots. He currently holds the all-time record for amount of sacks in one season with 22 and a half. He broke that record in 2001. Strahan joined Fox NFL Sunday in 2008 just after he retired.

What do you think Strahan's role on Good Morning America means for his future? Will he end up working on Good Morning America in a full time role pretty soon or is it really a part-time thing in the long term? Feel free to let us know what you think in the comments section located down below.
