Presidential candidates Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are getting deeper in their recently reported feud according to the Associated Press via Fox News Latino. The two have been saying "nasty" words against each other and Cruz most recently launched another heated argument against the real estate businessman, the publication reports.

After the primary season kicked off, Trump and Cruz are the two who seemingly take effort to discuss each others' past and bash one another for it. According to the news agency, Cruz who recently attended a campaign in New Hampshire last Monday, followed through on Trump's recent statements calling him "nasty."

According to Cruz, recent poll results showing him and Trump going head-to-head made the Republican candidate a little upset. At a town hall in New Hampshire, Cruz said as quoted by the news agency, "I guess as conservatives continue to unite behind our campaign, as his poll numbers continue to go down, he's a little testier."

Furthermore, Cruz, who previously posted a joke on Trump on his social media after he was called on by Trump for being a "nasty" candidate, also attacked Trump on some of his actions as a conservative.

Cruz, according to the news outlet, revealed that Trump previously donated to Democrats like $50,000 he gave to Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel back in 2010. Furthermore, Fox News reported that Cruz slammed Trump on his stance on Immigration.

"If you didn't stand up and fight amnesty, when the stakes were live or die, do we lose this permanently or do we win, I would suggest as voters you have reasons to doubt the credibility of the promises of a political candidate who discovers the issue after he announces for president," Cruz said as quoted by the publication.

The news outlet said that Cruz also attacked Trump on the issue of eminent domain since Trump was involved in a controversy, where he was using eminent domain to kick out an elderly woman in New Jersey to develop another high-profile casino.

Cruz even said just how much he wanted to protect the private homeowners and mainly the rights of American citizens, the news agency reports.

The news came after Trump said on Sunday, "Look, the truth is, he's a nasty guy. He was so nice to me. I mean, I knew it. I was watching. I kept saying, 'Come on Ted. Let's go, okay.' But he's a nasty guy. Nobody likes him," he told Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos on "This Week" as quoted by ABC.
