As reports have said, Angelina Jolie first filed for divorce from Brad Pitt last month and decided to sell their properties, as she also took physical custody of their kids. In the last report, Brad is being investigated by the FBI regarding child abuse allegations with his eldest son, Maddox.

The  41-year-old actress decided to end their marriage after an incident that happened while they were aboard a private jet, which involved Brad abusing their 15-year old son, USA Today has reported. But the case against him has been closed by officials because the evidence presented against him were unclear and insufficient to support charges against Brad. Although the investigation over Brad is ongoing, authorities are more convinced that there's still more behind the stories.

Angelina's issuance of threats of violence against Pitt have been revealed by the couple's former associate, who said that he never witnessed any abusive behavior from the actor. A September 15 incident involving a confrontation between Angelina and Brad, which was witnessed by at least two of their children, prompted the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to conduct investigations.

Because of the unclear statements, the DCFS investigated Angelina over possible abuse against Brad. The actress was interrogated by the FBI for several hours, but there is no reason for her to face criminal charges, The Hollywood Gossip has reported.

The insider says that neither of the two sides wants the issue to go to the court because everything that has been investigated by the DCFS and FBI will be made available to the public. The insider believes that they will be put under scrutiny next year. Until the investigation is completed, Angelina Jolie has the physical custody of their kids and Brad will be permitted to see them only on supervised visits.
