"The Flash" have been experiencing a lot of changes in directors, especially after losing director Seth Grahame Smith earlier this year. It's the second time that "The Flash" movie needs a new director again. And it looks like they got a replacement, and replaced him with the "Dope" director Rick Famuyiwa to helm the Scarlet Speedster's first solo movie. He was replaced this June after Seth Grahame Smith left the project. Just when it's all set in, earlier today Famuyiwa announced his departure from the project over creative differences.

The "Dope" director wanted to do an edgier story than what WB wanted with certain tenets on his take. "The Flash" mythos should remain according to Cinema Blend. He did a revision on the script that was written by Smith and did not like the notion of it.

Reports from Hollywood Reporter says, Famuyiwa in a statement said, he was very excited when he was approached to do the movie and the possibility of doing "The Flash". All the more he wanted to work with Ezra Miller as he has pitched a version of the film with humor, voice and heart. But, sadly they all couldn't come together creatively, but he is greatly thankful for being offered to direct the movie.

Though the casting and script is complete, Warner Bros and DC are left with the task of hiring someone who can get the project done as soon as possible. The movie is now currently slated to hit cinema by March 16, 2018. They need to move fast and see if the director can stick to a production schedule and have a tight deadline.

Warner Bros. shouldn't waste much of their time as they are having the fans anticipated for forthcoming "The Flash" movie. With the release of new Marvel "Spider Man: Homecoming", they need to get their gears together and get the captain to roar the boat!
