Fans have cool one's heels for Friday the 13th to make a comeback, and it's been almost eight years since the last Friday the 13th bang theatres. The movie have not had much of luck over the years which gives you the notion of hard its been to get the next Jason Voorhees joint off the ground.

Nevertheless, it almost been a decade and Friday The 13th: The next install in Franchise is ready to hit theatres on October 13th, 2017. But, now it leaves the fans in befuddlement as speculations are of the like that the film has been confirmed not to be a sequel to the 2009 reboot. The full rights to the franchise has been picked up by Paramount, and it now set to be released January 13, 2017.
