Garner, 43, and Affleck, 42 were married for 10 years. Their anniversary had just passed a few weeks ago.

During the 10 years of their marriage, they were also reported having rough flow on their relationship. And that the last was the nanny issue as reported by the Daily Mail. Ben Affleck was accused by Jennifer of having involved with their nanny. Though Ben denied the affair, it sounds before that Jennifer's feeling was unresolved.

It may be felt that the two were convinced by people around them of not pursuing their divorce. This includes their families. Before it was Ben's mom reported by Daily Mail that begging Jennifer not to continue their divorce and now it was Jennifer's mother who joined them in their holiday outing.
