While some might already over from One Direction fever, hopeful fans of the phenomenal boy group are still praying for a reunion. And this is what Niall Horan continually assures the fan about, that the "What Makes You Beautiful" hitmakers will captivate the stage once again.

During a red carpet event in Los Angeles earlier this week, the Irish singer graced answers regarding the hiatus of One Direction. Niall told Sunday People: "We will be back. We would be silly not to ... ridiculous."

Although this might throw the fans into a fit of celebration, the comeback, however, does not have a timetable. As such, fans should treat this news with a pinch of salt and don't get your hopes high up until a date is officially announced. The hiatus break could still take forever, but just as the "One Thing" belter said, it will be ridiculous for them not to come back.

One Direction broke millions of hearts when the group opted to take a hiatus earlier this year. The break follows after Zayn Malik bitterly left the group to pursue a solo career. Although the boys appear stronger than ever, the four remaining members of One Direction also started taking a solo path. Niall just released his own song "This Town" and signed a record deal with Capital Records with Liam Payne as a label mate while Harry Styles began exploring an acting career. Louis Thomlinson, on the other hand, is launching a girl group under his record and under Simon Cowell's guidance.

Niall further said, "At the moment we are doing our own thing. Harry wanted to do his movie and everyone is just chilling. I don't think anyone needs to worry about us, we are fine."

One Direction fans have but one wish, that Niall is true to his promise. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
